Risks of iA Superstake
iA Superstake adds a tinge of leverage to increase the user's exposure to iASOL and enhancing the user's staking yield. However, leverage is has its own risks.
Price Exposure Risk: Your Superstake PnL (Profit & Loss) is affected by the how the current SOL price compares to your entry price.
If the SOL price increases above the entry price, the position has a high profit (positive PNL).
If the SOL price drops below the entry price, the position has unrealized losses (negative PNL).
Liquidation Risk: If the value of SOL were to drop rapidly you could hit the liquidation price. This means you will need to repay the debt. However we have designed SuperStake to have very low liquidation prices as described in the previous section.
In summary, you should mainly use Superstake if you are long-term bullish Solana and believe it will go up from its current price (the price at which you will Superstake).
