# Solana Staking Tutorial

Users can connect their wallet to the [Goldsand staking app](https://goldsand.fi/solana) to stake their SOL and mint iASOL LST. Alternatively, users can go to [iASOL's page on Sanctum website](https://app.sanctum.so/iASOL) and swap SOL to iASOL. In both scenarios, swapping SOL to iASOL completes the staking operation<br>
