InshAllah's Shariah committee consists of

  • Shaikh Farrukh Habib (Principal Shariah Advisor)

    Dr. Farrukh Habib is an expert in Islamic law, finance, and fintech with over 9 years of global experience. Dr. Habib developed a proprietary shariah-compliance screening criterion for crypto-assets. Dr. Habib's obtained a Ph.D. in Islamic Finance from INCEIF, Malaysia, an MSc in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London, UK, and a bachelor's and master's in economics from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. He spent 8-year extensivly studying Hadith, Fiqh, Tafseer, and classical Arabic at Jamia Uloom Al-Islamia, Banori Town, Karachi. He completed the memorization of the complete Holy Quran at an early age. LinkedIn :

  • Shaikh Saifullalh Rougher (Shariah Advisor) Shaikh Saifullalh Rougher has studied Maliki fiqh, Usul, Aqeedah, and Tafseer at AlGhazali Institute (France) and at “Institut Asharite” (France). He has studied with reputable scholars such as shaykh Michri alHadi and shaykh Mahmoud Shabieb. He has been teaching Maliki fiqh since 2016.

    Shaikh Rougher took interest in studying crypto since 2017, analyzing their legal (Shar’iy) aspect with several shuyukh and students to reach the most accurate understanding.

The Shariah committee has reviewed the criteria for the evaluation of protocols on Ethereum. Sh. Farrukh Habib has provided guidance on the NFT filtering criteria
